Negative value with bar chart

How to display negative value on bar chart like this : http://www.telerik.com/Libraries/RadControls_for_WinForms/chart_types.sflb
I don't know where to set the baseline to 0.

Unfortunately, negative bars are not currently available in RadChart for Silverlight. We have already added this feature to our TODO list, so it will be considered for implementation in a future version of the control. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

When do you expect to release this feature ? I'm working on financial project in Silverlight and as you can think that kind of feature is essential in financial context. It is very important for me to know when it will be available because depending of your response I will decide to buy or not your component. My deadline is very close. Unfortunately, most likely we will not be able to deliver this for Q2 release due within a couple of months. We will schedule it for the Q3 release this autumn. I am afraid I am not able to provide a more accurate time frame at this moment.

I downloaded the Q3 beta Components and the demos don't show negative values.
Are negative values for bar charts integrated in this release?

I am afraid the negative bars support is not included in the beta release. The feature is scheduled for the official Q3 release, expected within a month.
