Need to offer a 'On/Off' toggle switch for showing a particular column

In the following Silverlight Telerik app, one of the columns, the 'Suggested Budget' I would like to offer it as a switch on/off, some of the budgets are fine, and there is no need to have this redundant column. How can I install such a switch?
