Need to design grid with alternating column and row style

Hi,

i need to design a radgridview like the one in the attached screenshot.  i am binding the grid at runtime to data read from a datasource. That part is done. Need help with Formatting

i tried alternaterowbackground style, but thats not enough, if you see the attached screenshot u will understand why.

If it is possible, please provide sample control template..

Pleeeeeease help.....
