Need to bind GanttChart From Xml or Database

Hi,

I am using RadControls for Silverlight5 i want to bind the Gantt chart from either xml or Database with Collection items.
In the RadControl Silverlight samples for GanttChart is having MVVM format only. But i want to bind with collection items only.
Can you please give me any working sample help to develope the Gantt Chart.
