[Solved] Need TAB to commit value

Hi,

If I edit a date and press ENTER then the value is committed correctly (two way binding).

I need the same to happen when TAB is pressed. If I currently press tab then the value is lost and the next control gets focus. How can I fix this?

Hi Paul Cook,

I am not able to reproduce the issue. It should work with pressing Tab as when you remove the focus from the RadTimepicker the ValueChanged event is triggered. Could you please open a support ticket and send us a sample project where we can reproduce the issue or send us the sample code you are using.

Hello BlackTiger,

There is no reason the Tab behavior to not update the DateTimePicker's text box. The Silverlight runtime updates the source target when a lost focus appears in the TextBox control. The case with the RadDateTimePicker is the same. Can you confirm the behavior with the online examples of the control.
