[Solved] Need some clarification on Filtering of gridview

Hi,

I have seen the demo of search under the url :
http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#GridView/Search
As per the demo , i cant implement the filtering functionality of the gridview (i.e IsFiltering = false), I have a requirement to implement both the functionalities. Can you please guide me to achieve these two functionalities in gridview.

Which are the two functionalities that you need to implement and why can't you implement them?
