Hello,
Instead of highlighting the entire row can I highlight just a cell, like excel?

Hi Marcos Sampaio,
Currently this is not possible in the TreeListView.
The GrieView has this feature:
http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#GridView/Selection
We are currently changing the TreeListView so that it will inherit from the GridView and it will have this feature for the Q2 release.
