Hi -
Just trying to get the NativeScript companion app to load without crashing the NativeScript-Sample-Groceries app for Telerik Platform.
I'm getting an error:
file:///app/main.js:2 ERROR: could not find module 'nativescript-angular/platform'. Computed path '/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/[[long-guid]]/Library/ApplicationSupport/LiveSync/app/tns_modules/natvescript-angular/platform'
require @ [native code] (null)...
etc.
Please help, much obliged -- trying to show my boss a proof-of-concept but it's dead-in-the-water right out the gate!

I believe this problem was resolved in a separate ticket? Please, correct me if this is not the case and you require additional assistance regarding this issue.

I have been experiencing the same issues as Charlie from his post on Sep 2016. I cannot find the resolution in a separate ticket as you mention. Could you please direct me to the ticket where this issue with the Telerik Companion App running the Groceries sample and crashing on line 2 of /app/main.js can be found? Thanks so much!

I answered you question in the separate ticket that you have opened. However, I will share the information here so it is available to anyone that experiences this issue.
For the time being, the Companion app cannot be used to run NativeScript + Angular 2 applications. We are working on making this possible, however, I cannot yet bind to a specific timeframe for when this feature will be available.
Having said that, in the meantime, apps can be deployed on a device Over Cable or Over the Air and the three-finger gesture can be used to LiveSync changes without the need to rebuild the application every time. Please, have in mind that after adding new modules or modifying the configuration files you must rebuild your app so the changes can take effect.
