[Solved] Mvc Grid Clarification

hello,

Have been going through the telerik's MVC toolset, previously we have been using JQgrid, we really like what we see especially the fluent interface, but have a clarification w.r.t Grid component prior to a decision.

Is it possible to have batch updates via the grid, if no existing API exists are there any extension points to make it possible ?
 also is it possible override default save action, i.e save locally ?

Hello Mohan,

No we do not support the requested behavior. The grid is always making a request to the server when saving data.

would loved it if there was a client side extension pts such as "beforeSave" / "beforePost"

Batch updates are being considered but are not in development. You can cast your vote for that feature.
