Hello,
How do I place my HorisontalBars inside each other but limit the height of the bar located on top?
My mission is to show ex. turnover value as one bar and the target value as another bar located over and inside the turnover bar.

RadChart does not support the desired behavior, however, we would suggest you to review our RadBulletGraph component that is designed specifically for the described purpose (visualizing actual vs target measurements).
