Hello:
I would like to have 2 value axis on the same chart, one right side and another one on the left with different scales.
Is that possible on MVC Charts as it is on silverlight?
If so, how would be the code?

I've replied to your support ticked, but I'm pasting the response here for community reference.
Support for multiple value axes is feature that we plan to implement for the next version of the MVC Chart. The current version does not support it.
