Hello,

You could populate each grid with the same data source. Please refer to the demos on:
- Kendo UI DataSource
- Kendo UI Grid.
- Kendo UI TabStrip.

As a side note, please keep in mind this question is specific to the Kendo UI Professional suite. Therefore, I would encourage you to review and post such questions on the respective forum category where my colleagues with deeper knowledge in the specific product can address the case.
