multiple header for Radgridview

Hi ,
I want to dynamically create two header for radgridview. My requirement is to have one header which spans over all the column header and which is  common for all the below header.
Please help me.

Hi,
I've just read the blog post, but it says "this approach has some limitations e.g. column freezing, column reordering  are explicitly disabled by the behavior". Have you solved these limitations?
I need additional merged headers but I also really need the column freezing...

Thank you for your feedback! We are currently working on providing this functionality out-of-the-box. The proposed solution from the referenced blog post is just a simple workaround to achieve the desired result. It has its own limitations, because it is not synchronized with the internal logic of RadGridView. I hope that with our Q3 2011 release merged column headers will be supported built-in.
