Move Selected Row From One Grid view to another Grid view when click Button

In My Application I am using 2 RadGridview (Grid1 and Grid2). I want move selected row from Grid1 to Grid2 when I click Move Selected button. Please let me know If there is any solutions.

I have the same requirement and I'm not able fix this from long time now.
