Thank you for your interest in our RadTimeline control.
The short answer is yes, but it is not supported out of the box. You can achieve the drag-drop behavior using our DragDropManager. You can check Timeline Drag and Drop SDK example in the GitHub repository which demonstrates how you can implement such behavior. You can extend the approach in the SDK example to fit in your application.
