Unfortunately the current version of the control does not provide integrated support for MouseMove event. Nevertheless, we will forward your feedback to our developers so they can consider it for future releases of the control.

Unfortunately, this is still not supported by RadChart. Our development team has plans to implement similar functionality for a future version of the control, but it is still unclear whether it will make it for the next major release.
