Hi,
I assume that you are using the RadMosaicHubTile control. At the moment, it only works as the Windows Phone variant of the people tile (3x3 size). We plan to extend it in the future and support an arbitrary number of rows/columns.
As a workaround, you can try setting a smaller width or bigger height for the component so the small tiles are rectangles and not squares. This way portrait images will be displayed better.
