    Hello Charles-Henri,

    You can change the default label format and the item label format as follows:
    <telerik:RadChart x:Name="RadChart1">
        <telerik:RadChart.SeriesMappings>
            <telerik:SeriesMapping >
                <telerik:SeriesMapping.SeriesDefinition>
                    <telerik:BarSeriesDefinition ItemLabelFormat="#Y{0,,.0#} M" />
                </telerik:SeriesMapping.SeriesDefinition>
                <telerik:ItemMapping FieldName="PurchasePrice" DataPointMember="YValue" />
            </telerik:SeriesMapping>
        </telerik:RadChart.SeriesMappings>
        <telerik:RadChart.DefaultView>
            <telerik:ChartDefaultView>
                <telerik:ChartDefaultView.ChartArea>
                    <telerik:ChartArea LegendName="Legend1">
                        <telerik:ChartArea.AxisY>
                            <telerik:AxisY DefaultLabelFormat="#VAL{0,,.0#} M" />
                        </telerik:ChartArea.AxisY>
                    </telerik:ChartArea>
                </telerik:ChartDefaultView.ChartArea>
                <telerik:ChartDefaultView.ChartLegend>
                    <telerik:ChartLegend x:Name="Legend1"  />
                </telerik:ChartDefaultView.ChartLegend>
            </telerik:ChartDefaultView>
        </telerik:RadChart.DefaultView>
    </telerik:RadChart>
    I hope this helps.
