Hi Mat,

Can you please try to clear your browser cache and try again?

Hello Chuck,

Can you try again, and let us know is it still not working as this seems to fix the issue and we cannot reproduce anymore.

Also can you send us the console log error as Mat-Moo did?

All the best,
Jordan

I think it might be working now.  I'll post back if it happens again.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried clearing my cache, but that does not fix it. I get the same issue on multiple browsers and computers.

Hi,

I had the same problem all day, and earlier clearing my browser cache did the trick.  Now however, I have the same problem but even worse.  Not only clearing my browser cache does NOT solve the problem, but also now I cannot access any of my projects, whereas earlier only one project was affected.

HELP !

Hi Chuck, Keith, Bob, Thomas, Patrick and Rahat,

We are deeply sorry for your trouble and investigating with our hosting admins what went wrong. Meanwhile we pushed new version to redeploy all files and testing right now vigorously to see that all are served properly.

Just refresh your browser and you should get the new version.

@Patrick I just verified that all your projects are safe and in place. You should be able to access them now.

Kind regards,
Jordan

Hi Joe,

Thank you for contacting. Unfortunately, I cannot tell exactly why this is happening on your side. Could you please elaborate a bit more on the matter? For example what do you mean by "i am getting error while the project running telerik platform"?

Further, you can check if installing the AppBuilder Helper for Chrome browser will solve the issue. Here is a direct link from the Chrome Web Store.

If it doesn't, you could check this stackoverflow article about the same error message.

I hope it helps.

Regards,
Kaloyan
