The RadTimePicker does not appear to have IsEditable, IsReadOnly, and IsEnabled properties similar to the properties of the Date Picker. I would expect the Time Picker to be able to display the time in a read-only text box.

We will surely add these properties to the control with the official version due shortly after Microsoft releases the official Silverlight plug-in.
