I am using NuGet to install telerik MVC extensions and it doesn't seem to install the editor template referenced in the ForiegnKey column demo. Is this a bug in the NuGet package? They do appear to be in the MSI installer however.

Currently we don't deploy any editor templates with the NuGet package. It is however a great idea to start doing so. We will probably implement this with the next NuGet update due in March.
