I never downloaded openAccess because based on the name, I had just assumed (yes I know when you assume you make an ass of u and me), that it was for ms access databases. 

Well I now have the need for file database for moving and ease of install, I downloaded openAccess and found it actually doesnt even support it. 

Are there any plans in the future for supporting file based databases like sqlLite or Access?

Hi Robert Gouin,

 Yes SQLite is on our plan for the 2010 releases. We do not have plans to support MS Access so far.
