Hi,
I have a gridview databound to an object containing strings and doubles. When I click twice to enter cell editing, the text in the cell is selected. There is then a difference in behaviour between data types. If I hit a full stop when editing a string the selected text is deleted and my new text begins (in this case with a full stop). If I do the same when editing a double, the selected text does not disappear, but the text is unselected and the cursor positioned after the text (a number). This may seem like a minor issue, but if you're used to entering numbers that are less than zero, you often begin with the decimal point, rather than the zero.
This may be too minor to be classed as a bug, but it is quite annoying!
James.
