I am displaying help related information in a childwindow. But since it is a child window, untill u close the window, user cant access the main screen. So, its being not possible for the user to walkthrough the steps one by one by keeping the child window open. So, please let me know if there is an option to minimize teh childwindow or any other alternative so that user can get access to the main screen while the help window is open.

Hello Ravindra,
You can use out RadWindow control and its Show() method. It opens a regular window, not a modal one and the user can have access to the main screen. You can check out its online demos here.
