 I have heard about medatadriven Silverlight view.
Please let me know about this with samples or any related knowledge base with
respect to this.

We are not really sure what this "medatadriven Silverlight view" actually is.

Can you please elaborate on how is this "medatadriven Silverlight view" related to Telerik controls?
