Hi

I have following scenario:

I would like to display 10 columns in the grid. Out of this

1. For, first 5 columns, I would like to merge two consecutive rows. E.g. Rows 1&2, Rows 3&4 etc.
2. Freeze the columns at 5. (To provide horizontal scrolling from columns 6 onwards.)
3. From Column 6 to 10, I would not apply row merge.

Is this kind of setup currently possible with Silverlight RadGrid?

Thanks,
Sameer

Hello Sameer,

I would like to thank you for your interest in our Silverlight controls.

Currently RadGridView only supports frozen columns as demonstrated in this example. Unfortunately merged rows are not supported at the moment and it is still unclear if this feature will be supported any time soon.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Merged cells/rows are currently not supported in RadGridView. For now we cannot commit to a specific release date.

All the best,
