Merging cells does not behave like in word

Hi!
I have a strange issue when I merge cells. I can reproduce it in your RadRichTextBox demo.
Please follow the steps to reproduce it yourself:
1) Go to: http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#RichTextBox/TelerikEditor
2) create a table with two columns and 5 rows at any place
3) merge cells A1 and A2, merge cells A3 and A4
4) insert any text into B2 and insert any text into B3
5) merge cells B2 and B3

I would expect the result as I recreated it in Word (see Image tableinword.png) but the result is what you can see in the image tableinradrichtextbox.

Is there any way to achieve the result from word?

Hello Daniela,

The issue you are observing is a known one and it already is in our to-do list. Unfortunately, at this point I cannot tell when it will be resolved, nor am I able to provide a workaround.
