Hi,
I have posted already a question about hiding grouped columns and I am really happy with it that this will be made in the next realease.
Regarding to this issue I have another question about merging columns. When you have columns with exactly the same data it would be very nice if the cells stay empty. (This based on a parameter ofcourse)
Example:
name city addres
---------------------------
Jake London
Dave London
Sarah London
Hans Amsterdam
John Rotterdam
It would be nice if it is possible to hide the cities for Dave and Sarah because they are exactly the same as Jake. The above example doesn't make it very clear but if you have a lot of columns and rows it is easier to read.
Please se also the attached image.

Thanks for the feedback and the nice suggestion !. In fact we have already planned to implement merged cells for our future versions. This however is not a light task and I can not commit to a specific release date.
It is good to know that there is a interest in such feature as t will raise its priority in our backlog.
