I am using multiple y-axis. I want to use marked zone property liked attached image. For examle first zone's starty:4(first y axis) to endy:20 but in the other additional y axis. Is it possible? (I am using Silverlight 4, telerik version:2010.2.714.1040)

Unfortunately your scenario is not supported at the moment. I have added it in our public issue tracking system and our developers will consider its implementing in the some of our next versions.
