Hi. I am adding some gauges to a RadTileView and what the guage to fill the whole space. Now this works well on radial dials, without setting the width/height. However for non radial gauges the aspect is out. Could you advise how I could get this to scretch to the content but keep the aspect in place. I have attached a screen shot showing this.

Regards
P

Hello Paul,

The quadrant and semi-circle gauges are just predefined templates and styles for the RadialGauge container and the Radial Scale object. This leads to the observed limitations when using them as parent container.

The full-circle style radial gauge re-sizes as expected, because both: RadialGauge template and RadialScale are located at the center of the parent container. The center of the RadialScale is not centered in its container when having quadrant or semi-circle gauges. Since the RadialScale use relative measurement for sizing and positioning (see http://www.telerik.com/help/wpf/radial-scale-relative-measurement.html), and the Radial Gauge does not, we can’t be sure that the scale is positioned in its proper place.

We have already such feature requests and we will include adding such wrappers, but at the moment we cannot provide you with a specific time-frame for this. Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
Sia
