Is there anyway to lock one side of a slider so the user cannot drag or change it?

Hi Justin,
Unfortunately this scenario is not supported and currently there are no workarounds for it. The best will be for us to add Preview events (PreviewSelectionStartChanged, PreviewValueChanged, PreviewSelectionEndChanged). We will try to achieve this for our official Q2 release which is scheduled for the second half of July but I cannot bind to that 100%. I've logged your request in our PITS under the name "Slider: Add PreviewSelectionStartChanged, PreviewValueChanged and PreviewSelectionEndChanged". The item will be available for tracking and voting tomorrow the latest.
