Google maps uses wifi points and your data plan to determine location. The error you get, means that your device cannot connect to GPS satellites, use a test program like GPS test (available for both Android and iOS) to see whether you're able to lock to satellites at all.

hi and thanks for the answer.
Last month i did a simple test with Cordova without using GPS and it found my location without any problem.
I don't know why now it can't do the same.
