hello,
when i create an editable grid i can edit the columns. When i enter a string in a column that contains an integer of decimal i get the message. Input string is not in correct format. How can i change the text of this message.

thanks Maya. The suggested solution works. Only on my screen the error message is not display. After you scroll over the red triangle in the right top corner you can see the message. How can you make sure this is displayed immediately?

The behavior you are getting is the expected one. However, if you want your error message to appear immediately after the validation fails without the need to hovering over the red triangle, you need to change the Templates for the Invalid States and to use a ContentControl instead of the ToolTip. I am sending you a sample project with all the predefined Templates.
