I have installed Git server in the office and it is not available for AppBuilder Windows client because of the firewall. Our sysadmin can open access to Git server from Telerik Cloud service IP or range of IPs. How can I figure out this IP(s)?

thank you

Hi Oksana,

If I understand the case correctly, you need to whitelist the IPs of our web services on your git server. If this is indeed the case, I would first have to note that our cloud services are powered by the Amazon Web Services, which is why the range of IPs you need to whitelist are those of the AWS.

The following information should help your system administrators whitelest the IPs but please do have in mind that the IP ranges are subject to change without notice as further discussed here:
  • The name of the load balancer that our services stay behind is nginx7layerroutinglb-223465912.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com.
  • The load balancer is situated in the us-east-1 region.
  • You will find the complete list of AWS IP Addresses here. You will need to white list all the ones, corresponding to the us-east-1 region.
Let me know if I can further assist you.
