When I trying to drop tree view item inside to another item which is loading on demand at the moment PreviewDragEnded event is not occured and dragged item is not dropped. How to fix this issue?

I noticed that you use our outdated release. Would you mind sharing with us what prevents you from upgrading to our latest release? If you provide us with some information we will be able to address such obstacles in a better way in the future.

Please note that recently we improved the Drag&Drop logic of the RadTreeView control. The new logic is available in our latest official release (Q3 2013). Please give the new and improved logic a try and let us know if you can still reproduce the reported behavior in your particular scenario.
You can find useful information about how you can use the improved logic in this article. Please note that the improved logic uses the DragDropManager and if you need to customize the default behavior you will need to subscribe to any of the events of the new manager. Such approach is demonstrated in this article.
