I'm developing a silverlight oob project using telerik controls, I found that when project start there will be 4-8 seconds  in black and white, may be loaded telerik controls cause, what solution do?

Hi,

May I ask you to please share some additional information on what controls do you use? What is this black and white that you describe? Would you please attach a screenshot of it? What is the result if you use other controls?
