A couple years ago, when we first implemented teampulse, the DNS name for the teampulse server was "itsmfeedback," but has since been changed. Everything works fine except when users get email notifications on changes to feedback items, the link still references the old name, even though we have changed the settings in the configuration (see attachment). Is there somewhere else this information would be stored that needs to be modified?

Hi,
Can you, please, double-check if you have changed the domain with the new one in the .config files as described here: http://docs.telerik.com/teampulse/knowledge-base/changing-teampulse-domain
Will it be possible to send us your web.config file, so we can further investigate this issue.
