I was disappointed to find that after upgrading from free to "standard" that I lost the ability to access Feature Timing, Feature Value, Sessions and Live, as well as a few other options.
Now, I understand that higher-priced plans may support these features, but I do not recall reading about these restrictions prior to the upgrade. Where are the differences documented?
The "purchase" page references report access as "standard" or "full" but provides no explanation of the difference.
This puts me in a bind because I need to tell my client that many of the features used to justify the subscription in the first place are not available at the pricing level appropriate to their application.
While the price delta between Standard and Premium is relatively mild, $70 / month if paid annually, that is still a 340% increase, not something that will reflect favorably on their view of Eqatec.
So, please help me understand what I might also not yet know and hopefully avoid futher unpleasant surprises.

Found the report descriptions in the FAQ, my error in not scrolling down that far. Questions still remain: any other restrictions on "standard" aside from number of users and data retention periods?
