Hello Jozef,

This functionality is not supported in current version of Telerik components for ASP.NET MVC. Nevertheless I am glad to inform you that next version of NumericTextBox will not allow to the end user to enter special characters, because they are not a valid number.

Next official release of Telerik components are scheduled for the middle of March.
