In the lightweight datatable implementation http://blogs.telerik.com/blogs/posts/09-04-23/lightweight-datatable-for-your-silverlight-applications.aspx it is not possible to add columns after a row has been added.
Do you have any guidance on adapting this solution to be able to add more columns after rows have been added?
I prefer not copying the data to a new table.

I'm afraid that you cannot do this since the entire table should be recreated in this case. All internal lambdas, etc.
