Hello,

I have a LightSwitch DesktopClient Application and installed JustTrace.

Problem:

I can't see the Profiler for Performance/Memory Profiler even if I have selected the Profiler(see attached file) when I start debugging (with or without debugging).

Please guide me for this.

Thanks,

Hi Harsh,

I am sorry but I am not sure that I fully understand your inquiry. Could you please elaborate a bit more on what exacly do you mean by "I can't see the Profiler for Performance/Memory Profiler even if I have selected the Profiler(see attached file) when I start debugging (with or without debugging)."?

Thank you for this in advance.

Hi again Harsh,

Thank you for the additional information.

It seems like there is indeed an issue when profiling LightSwitch projects with JustTrace inside Visual Studio. Could you please check if the JustTrace stand alone tool will be able to fulfill your needs? For that purpose, you will need to start a New Profiling Session (memory or performance), choose the appropriate for your application profilee and provide the path to its executable.

Another approach would be to use the JustTrace's Next Application profilee type in order to automatically start profiling.

I hope this helps.
