I'm experiencing an issue at the moment with pages taking a second or two to display when flipping pages. This means I get white pages when flipping for the time it takes the pages/images to load.
From what I can see, the pages aren't loaded until the page flip is initiated (lazy loaded). I've tried changing the IsVirtualizing property, but this does not seem to have any affect on the issue.
Wouldn't it make sense to load up the 2 pages needed for the forward page turn (as well as the 2 pages for a backward page turn) before the flip actually happens?
eg. Say you are currently have the book open to pages 6 & 7. Pages 8 & 9 are needed for the forward page turn animation, and pages 5 & 4 are needed for the backward page turn animation. Therefore, it would make sense (when opening the book to pages 6 & 7) to ensure that pages 4, 5, 8 & 9 are also loaded.
Do you have any suggestions on a workaround to the issue?

Currently there is no workaround for this scenario. However, with our Q2 Service Pack 1 release, which is scheduled for the middle of August, this scenario will be supported out of the box. Let me know if you have further questions or comments regarding this topic.
