Layout issues with RadListView on iOS 16

We’re seeing layout issues with RadListView on iOS 16 resulting in unexpected space and padding in the list.

iOS 15 and below is unaffected. Screenshots below. The issue appears to resolve on a subsequent measure/layout, it just shows on the initial layout.

Repro’d using latest Telerik for Xamarin release.

Yes the issue is the same as the one we have logged: https://feedback.telerik.com/xamarin/1581990-listview-ios-16-layout-with-dynamically-sized-items-not-rendered-correctly 

A fix for it is expected in the service pack, please follow the public bug report in order to get an email notification when there is an update.
