due to cross domain issues I need to install my Application on a server which only has .Net 3.5 installed. hence I need to compile my application with Silverlight 4. Can anybody point me to where I can download the latest version of RadControls for Silverlight 4?

Hello Anne,
With Q3 2012 we discontinued support for Silverlight4 as explained in the related blog post. You can download the latest version shipping binaries for Silverlight 4 (2012 Q2 SP2 ) here.
