Hello,
I have the latest version of Telerik using the integrated VS add-in. Initially (after a recent system crash) a month ago I installed from fresh downloads. (I own the entire suite of Telerk products)
My question is how can I get hte latest demos. The MVC solution does not compile and is using .NET 3.5.

Hi Reid,
You can download either the automatic installation package or the manual installation one from your account:
Download and Manage your products > Telerik Premium Collection for .NET (Download Installer and Other Resources) > Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC (Browse all product files)
As for the problem with the demo itself, could you please provide more information on that? What exactly is the error that you receive?
