"Last Modified" sorting for forum search broken?

I'm trying to search for license information and I only want recent entries since the licensing system has changes. But every time I select "Last Modified" it just goes back to "Relevance"

Hello Steve,

You are abosilutely right about the bug in the forum sorting. It chagens back to "Relevance" every time and it is basically unusable. I appologize for the time that it took to prioritize and fix this bug. I will escalate it to the team and hope to get it fixed in the next update.

In the meantime, I want to be helpful in any way I can. So, I can suggest using the "Tags" to filter questions related to licensing in this case. I know this does not help with the order from newest to oldest, but for WPF it only returned 10 topics.
