Known issues:
  • Profiled application throws "Catastrophic Failure" or CLR error "80004005": This is due to the fact that the profiled application is on another hard drive volume than JustTrace. A workaround is to start that application on the same volume as JustTrace. The fix for this issue will be released with our next internal build.

The issue is resolved in the Q3 2013 release.
