- I add a button into a window which click to open another window with ShowDialog method.
When i click this button, and click the other place of the first window. The new window will be behind of the first.
How can i keep the open window always on top. - When i close a window, i want to focus the focused element before the window is opened. What can i do for it?
- I search this forum, and found 2011 Q2 has bug that can't move the window use it use window7 theme.
Do you have fixed the bug in 2011 Q2 SP1 which release on 2011.9.20?
I also have the bug when use Q2 SP1.

1 and 3 sound like issues that were introduced with Q2, and are now fixed with Q2 SP1. Could you please recheck the version of RadControls you're using and send us sample code to reproduce these issues?
For the second of your questions I have created a sample example to demonstrate you how to do this. Have in mind that for more complex scenarios this could be not enough.
