Is there a way to keep the panelbar open when its empty?
I have a panelbar where the subitems are being populated by selections in a modal window. So s user can remove subitems from the panelbar and then add more subitems. But when there are no subitems, the panelbar slides up and closes. Is there a way to force it to stay open?
