This happens under VS 2012 Ultimate with JustCode Q3 2012 (load 1017.1) and RadControls for Silverlight 5 Q3 2012.
In a test project using silverlight 5, allowing out-of-browser running, I defined a test class but the visual aid menu does not show the "T" choice, and the just test menus stay disabled. Nothing shows in the unit test window.
The test runs as expected using basic VS run.
Did I miss someting in the project set-up?

Unfortunately, JustCode Test runner does not support SIlverlight 5 tests. However, you can post a feature request at our our new feedback portal and vote for it. The most popular and important requests will be targeted for implementation.
